Brett brings more than 30 years of banking and finance experience to the Astute Darra team. In his role as Broker Support Officer, Brett works closely with clients, lenders and the brokerage team to help ensure a smooth and efficient lending process from application through to settlement.
Having commenced his career with one of Australia’s major banks, Brett progressed from frontline banking roles through to Branch Manager before transitioning to the mortgage broking industry in 2009. Over the years, he has developed extensive knowledge across residential lending and credit assessment, enabling him to provide valuable support to both clients and brokers.
Working alongside Glen and the broader Astute Darra team, Brett is known for his attention to detail, problem-solving ability and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for clients. He enjoys finding practical solutions and helping clients navigate the finance process with confidence.
Recently embracing a tree change, Brett now works remotely from Ballandean in Queensland’s Southern Downs region, where he continues to support Astute Darra’s clients and team members with the same dedication and professionalism.
Brett is married and has three adult children, five grandchildren and three cats. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, the relaxed lifestyle that comes with regional living, and being part of the local community.
